Let us keep your dumpster area clean and clutter-free!
A worn-out mattress left by a dumpster. A couch stuffed into an apartment complex trash enclosure. As regular as rain, bulky trash items can crop up around our fair city of Portland, in both commercial and residential spaces.
And it’s not hard to see why. After all, bulky items are a pain to dispose of, and illegal dumping is the easiest way to make it “not my problem.” But wherever these unwanted items come from, if you’re a business owner or property manager, they become your problem — in more ways than one.
Junk It Junk Removal provides reliable and affordable trash enclosure clean outs & maintenance services to keep your dumpsters and waste bins safe and clear.
We work with government agencies, property managers, and businesses, helping keep your property free of illegal dumping and debris.
Junk multiplies like rabbits
It doesn’t take long for one bulky item to turn into two and then ten. Why? Because that first item sends out a signal that trash can be dumped there — even if it can’t. But you can take advantage of this because the reverse is also true. If you keep the area clear, tenants and others will tend to follow suit.
Junk is an eyesore
There’s no question about it: trash looks, well, trashy. So letting it pile up is definitely not the image you want for your business or property. With the big stuff cleared away, you’ll also want to keep your trash receptacles in good condition, with fresh liners that are changed regularly and frequent sweeps of the area to collect loose debris that may have accumulated.
Junk is a health hazard
Aside from being an eyesore (and not so great to smell, either!), junk can pose a real health hazard. From used needles to rotting food, discarded waste should be disposed of promptly and properly, and that goes double for large bulky items that are difficult (or impossible) to manage on your own.
