Our pricing is based on the volume of junk we remove, which means you pay according to how much space your items take up in our truck. We charge by the truckload and have different pricing tiers depending on how much junk you need us to haul away.
Volume of Junk:
The more space your items take up in the truck, the higher the cost. We measure the volume in truck load increments.
Type of Items:
Some items, like large appliances or hazardous materials, may have additional fees due to special handling or disposal requirements.
Accessibility:
Items located on upper floors, tight spaces, or basements may require extra labor and may incur an additional fee.
Travel Distance or Special Disposal Needs:
For certain jobs, additional charges may apply if specialized disposal facilities or extra travel are required.

Minimum Load:

Quarter Load:

Half Load:
Great for larger jobs, such as a garage cleanout or clearing out an entire room. This tier fits about half a truckload of junk, like a mix of furniture, bags, and smaller items.
Three-Quarter Load:
Suitable for bigger projects, such as a basement cleanout, multiple bulky items, or cleaning out a larger area.
Full Load:
Ideal for large cleanouts, including estate cleanouts, home renovations, construction debris, or complete house cleanouts. This covers a full truckload of junk.

Note that junk removal pricing is for residential items. Commercial items and hoarder clean up can carry a higher surcharge cost due to the cost of disposal. The surcharge is in addition to the volume pricing.
Food waste, soiled, soaked, or soapy items and materials will cost an additional $20 per item.
Oregon has very specific asbestos regulations. We may need a certificate on common remodeling debris before we can remove them. We abide by the latest rules surrounding asbestos removal.

For standard junk removal, we charge based on how much space your items take up in our truck. Labor is included in most standard jobs. However, if access issues like flights of stairs or extensive bagging require additional time, we have an hourly labor rate to cover those extra steps.

Most times, we can complete the job on the spot. Schedule online, describe what needs removing, and ensure we have enough truck space.
