Note, junk removal pricing is for residential items. Commercial items and hoarder clean up can carry a higher surcharge cost due to the cost of disposal. The surcharge is in addition to the volume pricing.
Food waste, soiled, soaked or soapy items,
and materials will cost an additional $20 per item.
Oregon has very specific asbestos regulations. We may need a certificate on common remodeling debris before we can remove them. We abide by the latest rules surrounding asbestos removal.
For standard junk removal, we charge based on how much space your items take up in our truck. Labor is included in most standard jobs. However, if access issues like flights of stairs or extensive bagging require additional time, we have an hourly labor rate to cover those extra steps.

ON-SITE PRICING
Junk It Junk Removal offers free, no-obligation on-site estimates for accurate pricing. We’ll assess the job in person and immediately give you a fair price. Most times, we can complete the job on the spot. Schedule online, describe what needs removing, and ensure we have enough truck space. If the customer requests a ballpark, we will give it before we come out. For larger loads, let us know in advance.
