How do you provide estimates for junk removal?

We try to make it really easy and flexible. If it’s just a few items, we can usually give you a ballpark estimate over the phone or by text if you send us some pictures. For bigger jobs where it’s hard to tell from photos, we’re happy to come out in person and take a look  that way we can give you an exact price before we start.

In fact, we go a step further — we’re Avetta certified, which is a safety and compliance certification that a lot of larger companies and municipalities look for when they hire contractors. We also hold a Property Services Contractors license through the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries, our license number is 57282.

That means we’re fully cleared to handle residential and commercial junk removal jobs in Portland and even across the river in Clark County, Washington. On top of that, we have a certified biohazard cleanup technician on staff, so if you ever run into a more specialized cleanup situation, like a hoarding property or something that needs PPE, we’re trained and equipped to handle it safely and properly. To remove donation items and deliver them to the nonprofit of your choice costs us labor, fuel, and time so we cannot provide donation pickups for free. Leaving your donation items on the curb saves you money. 

Some donation centers offer free pickups or can remove the donation items from your home or business for a nominal fee.
